Who we are

JoJo Shop, at https://jojodiy.com/, is operated by PROPITIOUS TRADING COMPANY LIMITED, 1/F CMA BLDG 64-66 CONNAUGHT RD CENTRAL HK. We are responsible for personal information we process in operating this store, except where a service provider acts independently as explained below. Information we process

Depending on how you use the store, we process contact and delivery details, order and return records, customer support communications, payment status and transaction details, and technical information such as IP address, device/browser information and interactions with the store. If accounts are offered, we also process account information and preferences. Payment providers process payment credentials through their checkout systems; do not email us full card details, passwords or security codes.

We receive information directly from you, through cookies and similar technologies used on the store, and from providers that help us process payments, fulfil orders, deliver parcels and prevent fraud.

Purposes and legal bases

We use the information necessary to accept and fulfil orders, take payment, arrange delivery, administer returns, and respond to requests. Shopify and other recipients

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Providers receive information appropriate to their role. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect lawful rights, or in a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards.

Where Shopify Network Intelligence and Enhanced Services are enabled for our store, the following applies. In providing these services, Shopify may use information about your interactions with our store together with information from other merchants and Shopify to provide features such as analytics, personalisation and advertising. Cookies, analytics and advertising choices

Cookies and similar technologies support functions such as the cart, checkout, security and saved preferences. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies, where used, help measure store activity, assess marketing effectiveness and personalise advertisements. Where the law requires consent, non-essential technologies are used only after valid consent. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Necessary order and service messages may still be sent. International processing

We operate from Hong Kong and fulfil orders from China. Shopify and other providers may process data in additional countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the safeguards required for the relevant transfer, such as appropriate contractual arrangements. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including order fulfilment, support, tax and accounting records, legal obligations and dispute handling. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable requirements; information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised as appropriate. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children
