    Operator and scope

    This website, https://jojodiy.com/, trades as JoJo Shop and is operated by PROPITIOUS TRADING COMPANY LIMITED, 1/F CMA BLDG 64-66 CONNAUGHT RD CENTRAL HK. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to this company. These terms govern use of the store and purchases from us, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting terms.

    Products and orders

    Review the description, options, quantity, price and delivery information before ordering. We aim to present products accurately. Normal differences in screen colour do not excuse delivery of goods materially different from their description.

    Provide accurate order and contact details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. An automated receipt acknowledges your order; our dispatch confirmation constitutes acceptance, unless we expressly accept the order earlier. If we cannot accept an order because of unavailability, a material listing error or a legitimate payment/security issue, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order. We will not increase an accepted order's price without your agreement.

    Prices, payments and charges

    The applicable currency, item prices, discounts, delivery charges and taxes or duties we collect are shown before payment. EU prices include applicable VAT; the separate EUR 3 per-item import handling fee is disclosed in our Shipping Policy and before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

    Promotions apply only under the conditions displayed with the offer. Changes to prices or promotional terms apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted order.

    Delivery, cancellation and returns

    Our Shipping Policy sets out origin, handling stages, destinations, delivery estimates and charges. Our Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy explains the 24-hour operational cancellation request window, 15-day return request window, return postage costs, the handling fee of 6.5% plus USD 0.30 where applicable, fee exemptions, and statutory rights. These policies are available before purchase.

    We remain responsible for providing the goods and remedies required by applicable law. A carrier delay or a payment provider's fee does not automatically remove our obligations to you.

    Intellectual property and acceptable use

    Website content is owned by us or the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners. Their display does not by itself imply an affiliation or endorsement. Do not copy protected content without authorisation, interfere with website security, use the site fraudulently, or infringe the rights of others.

    Liability and consumer rights

    We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is unlawful, including liability for fraud, applicable product-safety obligations or non-excludable consumer guarantees. Any limitation permitted by law does not reduce your rights to goods as described or to legally required remedies. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive a mandatory remedy or accept store credit instead of a refund where a refund is required.

    Privacy

    Our Privacy Policy explains our personal-information practices and your choices. Acceptance of these terms does not substitute for consent where separate privacy or marketing consent is required.

    Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. This choice does not deprive you of non-waivable rights or access to courts or other remedies available under applicable law.     Changes and contact

    We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent legally permitted.
